The AGM provides a two-way opportunity for the Committee to explain to you what they have achieved,

 their vision for the forthcoming season and a fantastic opportunity for you

to share your ideas and discuss with the Committee the positives,

the areas where you think we can make improvements, and of course, elect Committee members.

Agenda items for the forthcoming AGM are as follows:

1)  Acceptance of the previous year AGM minutes

2)  Chairman’s Report

3)  Treasurer’s Report

4)  Any other reports

5)  Election of Committee Members

In accordance with Agenda Item (5) the Club shall be managed by Members of the Club who shall form a Management Committee. These Members shall be proposed, seconded and ELECTED AT EACH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM). They shall hold office until the following Annual General Meeting when they retire, but shall be eligible for re-election from year to year.

Please note, it is important that as many people as possible attend the AGM in order that we comply with the voting process at detailed above.

Positions that can be applied for are as follows:

The Chairman

The Secretary

The Treasurer

The Registration Co-coordinator

The Fund Raiser/s

The Medical Officer

The Welfare Officer
