Werewolves: Annual General Meeting – Thursday 8th August 2013

You are invited to attend the Annual General Meeting (AGM) that will take place at Lambeth Accord Building on Thursday 8th August at 7.00pm.

The Agenda items for the forthcoming AGM are as follows:

1)  Acceptance of the previous year AGM minutes
2)  Chairman’s Report
3)  Treasurer’s Report
4)  Any other reports
5)  Election of Committee Members

In accordance with Agenda Item (5) the Club shall be managed by Members of the Club who shall form a Management Committee. These Members shall be proposed, seconded and ELECTED AT EACH ANNUAL GENERAL MEETING (AGM). They shall hold office until the following Annual General Meeting when they retire, but shall be eligible for re-election from year to year.

Please note, it is important that as many people as possible attend the AGM in order that we comply with the voting process at detailed above.

Positions that can be applied for are as follows:

The Chairman
The Secretary
The Treasurer
The Registration Co-coordinator
The Fund Raiser/s
The Medical Officer
The Welfare Officer

If you would like to nominate someone, or indeed yourself, for any of the above positions all you will need to do is send an e-mail ballot form (below) to Jwilliams@nlpplanning.com , noting the:

Position
Nominee
Proposer
Seconder

And, of course, attend the AGM on Thursday, 8 August 2013.
