Hello Werewolves family and friends, Werewolves urgently needs your help.

Rising ice time costs due to fuel cost increases and the need to upgrade protective kit is putting pressure on our club funds.

To try to maintain player fees as they are we need to look to other ways of raising funds. And this will also help better support tournament attendance!!

We have recently linked up with Run for Charity which helps charities like ours provide entries to running events, for potential participants to get reduced entry fee on condition of raising an agreed target level.

This is where you come in.

All we ask you to do is get Werewolves name out there to attract runners to run and raise money on our behalf.

We don’t need a participant to raise record breaking amounts – we’d rather that it is achievable so the fundraising doesn’t become an anxiety for the runner.

There is a huge selection of running (and some other) events on the Run for Charity website and we can select from many events and apply for up to 5 places in each. However we think we are more likely to get traction at South/West London events.

That said, if you have a friend, a colleague or family member who lives elsewhere and is willing to run on our behalf, we can support their entry at an event near them.

So, if you know (or are) a keen runner, or want to aim for a couch to 5k target, then please consider helping us.

Look out for communications in the next few days for forwarding on your social media groups, giving details of where to view our selected events, and who to contact to register interest.
