  • Any player who exhibits or develops symptoms of sickness must not attend sessions
  • Please bring your own hand sanitiser and surface wipes
  • Players must bring and use their own water bottle, marked with their name and not share water bottles.
  • Check your kit!
If you need any kit, please make an appointment by emailing Simon and Janet at kit@werewolvesoflondon.org.uk  no later than midday on the day, and wait for a confirmation from them before coming to the kit cupboard.
We cannot do any kit swaps or kit returns without an appointment.

Arriving

Under 18 Players arriving for the 16:30 – 17:30 session:

  • Please aim to arrive at 16:05 hours or shortly thereafter – to allow a few minutes for public skaters to leave the building
  • Players who, as before, are able to arrive fully dressed are encouraged to do so and to use the seats in the skate hire area to put on skates.  These players may opt to arrive nearer to 16:30.
  • Male players with one supporting parent may use either locker room 2 or 5.   Please spread out between these two rooms to avoid overcrowding, wear facemasks unless exempt, and maintain social distancing.
  • Female players or players who need exclusive use of a space in which to change with or without the support of a parent/carer may use one of the 3 small coach/umpires rooms.  There may be a need to wait and take turns to use these rooms.   Please come prepared with hand sanitizer and surface wipes to help keep everyone safe.
  • Players may leave the locker room as soon as they are dressed and wait, socially distanced, for the session to begin.  nb: There is no requirement for face-masks or social distancing when on ice.
  • Locker rooms 2 and 5 will be needed by players from another club after our session so please dress promptly and aim to leave locker rooms 2 and 5 by 17.45 hours at the latest.

Over 18 Players arriving for the 17:30 – 18:30 session:

  • Players should aim to arrive at 5pm.
  • Players who, as before, are able to arrive fully dressed are encouraged to continue to do so and use the skate hire benches to put on skates.  These players may arrive nearer to 17:30.
  • Male players who do not need support in the locker room from a parent/carer should use locker room 4.
  • Female players or players who need exclusive use of a space in which to change with or without the support of a parent/carer may use one of the two small coaches rooms (but not the umpires room).  There may be a need to wait and take turns to use these rooms.  Please come prepared with hand sanitizer and surface wipes to help keep everyone safe.

All players

  • Please bring your own hand sanitiser and surface wipes if you wish to wipe down any surfaces in the locker rooms before and after use.
  • The toilets inside the dressing rooms may now be used.
  • All players/coaches/parents/others are encouraged to wear a face covering/mask (unless exempt) at all times when inside the leisure centre and observe social distancing (except when on the ice).
  • Players must bring and use their own water bottle, marked with their name and not share water bottles.
